  5. EdTech Platforms for Collaboration & Communication – e.g., Google Workspace for Education.
  6. Data Security & Compliance Solutions – e.g., cloud security services.
  7. Professional Certification Programs – e.g., PMP, Google Cloud, BAP, CFA, etc.
  8. Skill Development Platforms – e.g., coding, data analysis, machine learning, digital marketing, communication skills.
  9. Career Counseling – guidance for professional courses such as BBA, MBA, MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, B.Tech, B.Arch, etc.
  10. Workshops & Bootcamps – e.g., coding, data science, digital marketing.
  11. Corporate Training & Upskilling – technical training, soft skills, sales and marketing.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service at our sole discretion without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

Users of our services agree to:

  • Provide accurate and updated information at the time of registration.
  • Use the services only for lawful, educational, and professional purposes.
  • Not misuse, resell, or redistribute our software, content, or counselling materials without prior written consent.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of login details and account credentials.
  • Comply with all academic integrity and ethical standards when using learning platforms or certification programs.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All fees for services, courses, and programs must be paid in accordance with the agreed terms.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in writing.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Our counselling, certification, and training are advisory and skill-based in nature.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
  • Technical downtimes, internet connectivity issues, or third-party platform outages are outside our responsibility.

Some services may involve integration with or access to third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Moodle, Google Workspace).

  • We are not responsible for the functionality, policies, or reliability of such third-party services.
  • Users must comply with the terms of those platforms.

9. Termination of Services

  • Payment obligations are not fulfilled.
